YOUTH ADCOCATES FOR DEVELOPMENT is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to serving, empowering, and improving lives of the Ghanaian Youth.
YA4D is a youth led organization which involves student and other youth activists who are compassionate about making the policies and systems in the communities and the country at large work and effectively by drawing attention of policy maker and other relevant stakeholder to the plight of the ordinary Ghanaian in order to improve the lives and the holistic development the nation as well.

MISSION: To make impactful transformation in the lives of people through advocacy and by the connection of head, heart to hand.

VISION: We envision at promoting sustainability and equity in the world of humanity.

APPROACH: Learning & Sharing, Advocacy & Campaign, capacity building.

OBJECTIVES

· Help improve the quality of life of the ordinary Ghanaian child.
· Assist the ordinary Ghanaian people to reach their full potential through coalition with stakeholders.
· promoting democracy and civic responsibility for the next generations.
· Ensure sustainability in every aspect of human lives and environment.

SERVICES
ADVOCACY AND COMMUNITY MOBILISATION
Advocating for Youth action in their community to bring socio economic change. And also ensure that the needs of the vulnerable are met through strategic involvement and partnership with relevant policy makers, parents and community leaders.
HEALTH EDUCATION
bridging the gap to comprehensive sex education, peer education and mentorship in order to promote quality and health lifestyle among the youth.
CIVIL RIGHTS CALL.

To ensure rights and justice are inculcated in aspect of human setting through empowerment. Young people are empowered to take responsibility to instill peace and equality in their community and the country through our leadership forums, outreaches, education and active involvement in all programmes regarding human rights
