The vision of Gate Foundation Ghana is to make underprivileged young people
independent and make quality medical care accessible to the poor and the aged
group in the rural areas at no cost”.

“The mission of Gate Foundation Ghana (GFG) is categorized into three distinct

EDUCATION: GFG supports underprivileged young people in towards
achieving a future that enables them to be self-sufficient. The center provides
education especially in ICT training at no cost, provides Teaching and
Learning Materials, donations to deprived communities.

HEALTH: Gate Foundation Ghana (GFG) provides quality medical services to
its target groups in selected rural areas (determined by the board of directors)
such as free medical screening and consultation.

ADVOCACY: Gate Foundation Ghana (GFG) advocates for the need to care for
those who have been neglected by their families as a result of circumstances
beyond their control such as diseases especially those affected by Hansen
Diseases also called leprosy.
The foundation also advocates through the mass media, brochures, fliers etc.
About the need of government to pay attention to mental health facilities in the
country. This is because GFG share a common idea with W.H.O which is health
being a complete physical and mental well-being and merely the absence of
disease or infirmity.
